Senjata kimia itu berupa gas beracun yang ditebarkan di wilayah Ta Moan Thom dan Ta Krabei.
Sementara Thailand membantah tuduhan tersebut.
Dikutip dari The Nation, Thailand menyerang Kamboja sekira pukul 03.00 hingga 05.00 pagi waktu setemapt.
Hal itu dikonfirmasi oleh Juru Bicara Kementerian Pertahanan Kamboja, Letnan Jenderal Maly Socheata.
Ia mengatakan Thailand telah melanggar kedaulatan Kamboja.
Pasalnya, Thailand menggunakan senjata kimia selama operasi militer.
Socheata mengatakan pasukan Thailand mengerahkan jet tempur untuk melakukan serangan senjata kimia berupa gas beracun.
Sementara Angkatan Darat dan Angkatan Udara Thailand membantah tuduhan Kamboja.
Melalui laman Facebook resminya, Thailand tegas membantah penggunaan senjata kimia.
Bangkok menyebut tuduhan Kamboja sama sekali tidak berdasar.
Thailand menyebut Kamboja memutar balikan fakta dan menyebut tindakan yang dilakukan merupakan kejahatan perang.
