Hal ini bermula ketika Ketua DPD RI La Nyalla Mattaliti hendak menyampaikan penyempurnaan tata tertib DPD RI hasil kerja pansus dan tim kerja.
Namun terjadi interupsi yang dilayangkan oleh anggota DPD yang lain, satu di antaranya oleh senator asal Papua Barat, Filep Wamafma.
La Nyalla sempat tak menggubris dan tetap membacakan laporan serta draf tata tertib.
Sikap La Nyalla ini kemudian memantik emosi anggota DPD lainnya yang langsung maju ke depan sembari menunjuk-nunjuk eks Ketua PSSI itu.
