PLO | Sau chỉ đạo của Thiếu tướng Đinh Văn Nơi, 2 tài xế ‘taxi dù’ bị Công an tạm giữ hình sự.Ngày 4-7, Cơ quan CSĐT Công an thành phố Hạ Long (Quảng Ninh) cho biết đã khởi tố vụ án, ra quyết định tạm giữ 2 tài xế “taxi dù” về tội "Gây rối trật tự công cộng" do có hành vi dàn hàng chèn xe trên quốc lộ 18. 2 lái xe bị tạm giữ hình sự là Trần Văn Tuấn (SN 1987) điều khiển xe ô tô BKS: 14A-068.62 và Hoàng Ánh Cương (SN 1982, cả hai đều trú khu Đồn Điền, phường Hà Khẩu, TP Hạ Long) điều khiển xe ô tô BKS: 14A- 539.58.
Trước đó, ngày 1-7, Công an TP Hạ Long nhận được phản ánh của người dân qua đoạn video đăng trên trang thông tin “Học Luật giao thông Việt Nam”, mạng xã hội Facebook với nội dung 1 xe taxi đang lưu thông trên tuyến quốc lộ 18 (đoạn qua phường Hùng Thắng, TP Hạ Long) thì bị 3 xe ô tô khác chèn ép, tạt đầu. Ngay khi tiếp nhận thông tin, Công an TP Hạ Long đã tiến hành xác minh, xác định người đăng đoạn video trên là anh Đ.V.V. (SN 1984, trú tỉnh Thái Nguyên). Công an TP Hạ Long đã triệu tập 3 tài xế "taxi dù" dàn hàng ngang trên quốc lộ 18 để chèn xe là Trần Văn Tuấn, Hoàng Ánh Cương và Vũ Văn Cường (SN 1979, trú tổ 2, phường Đại Yên, TP Hạ Long).
