🔴 El decretazo inconstitucional de Pedro Sánchez marca un punto de inflexión en la política social española al convertir medidas presentadas como excepcionales en un régimen permanente que altera pilares básicos del orden constitucional y del equilibrio financiero. La prórroga indefinida de la moratoria antidesahucios traslada el coste de la protección social a particulares concretos, vaciando el derecho de propiedad y suspendiendo de hecho la eficacia de resoluciones judiciales, mientras la noción de “vulnerabilidad” se expande hasta abarcar a amplias capas salariales, diluyendo la excepcionalidad que justificaría la intervención.
🔴 En paralelo, la revalorización automática de las pensiones y su tasa de sustitución anómalamente elevada respecto al entorno europeo consolidan un gasto rígido que no se cubre con ingresos corrientes suficientes y se sostiene mediante endeudamiento. El resultado es un sistema que paga hoy con deuda lo que no puede financiar estructuralmente, dejando al próximo gobierno la obligación del ajuste y preparando un conflicto social inducido cuando ese ajuste se materialice.
