Conte accusa l'esecutivo di voler cambiare le regole del gioco democratico a partita in corso esclusivamente per "paura di perdere" e in preda alla "psicosi Vannacci", rinfacciando a Giorgia Meloni le sue passate dichiarazioni contro l'uso della fiducia in materia elettorale (ora usata per tre volte consecutive). L'ex premier demolisce punto su punto il provvedimento: dalle fittizie preferenze che mantengono l'80% di parlamentari nominati dalle segreterie, al ritorno dei privilegi di casta con la richiesta di 400.000 firme per le nuove forze politiche, fino al danno d'immagine causato alla rappresentanza femminile e al tentativo strisciante di introdurre un modello autocratico di "donna sola al comando". Reitera infine l'attacco politico ed etico mostrando le foto a difesa dell'ex pm Roberto Scarpinato e denunciando la vicinanza di esponenti della maggioranza a figure controverse.
