長年、日本の外交官として、紛争地帯や国連代表部など、世界各地で働いてきた。

SUMI Junichi : How to Develop an Aura That Draws People In
Since his student days, he has dreamed of becoming someone who radiates an aura that naturally attracts and inspires others.
Over the years, he has served as a Japanese diplomat, working in conflict zones, at the Permanent Mission to the United Nations, and in diverse parts of the world.
Through encounters with world leaders, diplomats, and influential figures, he began to wonder: What sets people with a powerful aura apart from everyone else?
In this talk, he explores the qualities they share and reveals the habits and mindset that anyone can cultivate to develop an aura of their own.

Born in Omori, Iwami Ginzan World Heritage site, raised in Izumo, Shimane,
and one of Shimane Prefecture’s Goodwill Ambassadors.
Joined Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1998.
During overseas training, he mastered Persian as a diplomatic specialty and
earned a Master's degree in Near & Middle Eastern Studies from SOAS, University of London.
His postings have included Tokyo, Tehran (twice), Kabul, Baghdad, New York (Permanent Mission to the UN),and Seattle as Deputy Consul General.
In Seattle, he gained recognition as an “unconventional diplomat,” taking the stage at Ignite,a Seattle-born TED-style speaking event, singing at Japan festivals, and hosting large-scale monthly parties.
