TRIBUN-VIDEO.COM - Propam Polda NTB mendatangi Polres Lombok Barat buntut dugaan pelanggaran kode etik Briptu Rizka, tersangka pembunuhan suaminya Brigadir Esco Fasca Rely.

Brigadir Esco yang bertugas di Polsek Sekotong ditemukan tewas mengenaskan, dengan leher terjerat tali di belakang rumahnya di Desa Jembatan Gantung, Lembar, Lombok Barat.

Propam melakukan pemeriksaan terkait pelanggaran kode etik Briptu Rizka sebagai anggota Polres Lombok Barat.

Kabar ini dikonfirmasi oleh Kabid Humas Polda NTB, Kombes Pol Muhamad Kholid, pada Senin (22/9).

Pemeriksaan ini dilakukan untuk menelusuri dugaan pelanggaran disiplin sekaligus memastikan proses pidana berjalan sesuai aturan.

Keluarga Brigadir Esco juga dimintai keterangan guna melengkapi data penyelidikan.

Kuasa hukum keluarga, Muhanan, menyatakan pihaknya telah memberikan kontak dan informasi yang diperlukan kepada Propam.

Ia menilai sidang kode etik bisa berlangsung beriringan dengan proses pidana sebagaimana kasus serupa sebelumnya.

Propam belum memastikan sanksi yang akan dijatuhkan, termasuk kemungkinan pemberhentian tidak dengan hormat terhadap Briptu Rizka.

Sementara itu, Briptu Rizka telah resmi ditahan di Rutan Polda NTB.

Kuasa hukumnya, Rossi, menyatakan surat penahanan sudah diterima pihaknya.

Adapun tim pembela masih mempelajari langkah hukum selanjutnya terkait penangguhan penahanan.
