Peringatan tahun baru Islam kali ini diusung dengan tema "Damai Bersama Manusia dan Alam" dengan menghadirkan 10 rangkaian kegiatan mulai dari Ngaji Budaya hingga Nikah Massal.
Bulan Muharram menjadi salah satu bulan yang istimewa karena terdapat makna dan sejarah di dalamnya.
Merujuk pada Kalender Hijriah Indonesia tahun 2025, 1 Muharram 1447 H bertepatan dengan hari Jumat, 27 Juni 2025.
Tanggal ini sekaligus menjadi titik awal pergantian tahun dari 1446 ke 1447 Hijriah, dan diperingati oleh umat Islam sebagai Tahun Baru Islam.
Muharram merupakan bulan pertama pada penanggalan Islam atau Hijriah.
Muharram memiliki makna dan sejarah penting bagi umat Islam.
Dalam rangka menyambut Tahun Baru Islam 1 Muharram 1447 Hijriah, Kementerian Agama telah menyiapkan rangkaian kegiatan nasional yang sarat makna spiritual dan sosial dengan tema "Damai Bersama Manusia dan Alam".
