BAHAN-BAHAN
Inti carbonara:
• 2 sudu besar mentega
• ½ biji bawang besar, potong dadu
• 2 ulas bawang putih, cincang halus
• 200 g isi dada ayam (1 ketul besar), cincang halus
• 3 batang sosej ayam, potong dadu kecil
• ½ batang lobak merah, potong dadu kecil
• 6 biji cendawan butang, hiris kasar
• 2 sudu besar tepung gandum (sudu rata)
• 1 cawan susu full cream
• 3 keping keju cheddar
• ½ kiub pati ayam
• 1 sudu kecil parsli kering
• ½ sudu kecil lada hitam
Untuk membalut:
• 20–25 keping kulit popia
• Keju mozzarella, diparut
• Gam: 1 sudu besar tepung gandum + 2–3 sudu besar air
• Minyak untuk menggoreng
Untuk hidang:
• Sos cili
• Daun salad
INGREDIENTS
Carbonara filling:
• 2 tbsp butter
• ½ onion, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 200 g chicken breast (1 large piece), finely minced
• 3 chicken sausages, finely diced
• ½ carrot, finely diced
• 6 button mushrooms, roughly sliced
• 2 tbsp plain flour (level spoons)
• 1 cup full cream milk
• 3 slices cheddar cheese
• ½ chicken stock cube
• 1 tsp dried parsley
• ½ tsp black pepper
For wrapping:
• 20–25 spring roll wrappers
• Mozzarella cheese, grated
• Glue: 1 tbsp plain flour + 2–3 tbsp water
• Oil for deep frying
To serve:
• Chilli sauce
