Bantah Soal Tim Penyidik RUU KUHAP Hanya Polri, Komisi III DPR RI Kini Bantah Tuduhan KPK

"Tidak benar bahwa penyidik dan penyelidik KPK tidak diakomodir," kata Habiburokhman kepada wartawan, Rabu (23/7/2025).
Menurut Habiburrokhman, hasil kesepakatan Panitia Kerja (Panja) RUU KUHAP dalam Pasal 1 angka 7 disebutkan bahwa penyelidik merupakan pejabat Polri atau pejabat lain yang diberi kewenangan untuk melakukan penyelidikan.
"Jadi tidak benar kalau penyidik hanya dari Polri," ujar politikus Partai Gerindra ini. (TribunVideo.com)
