BALI, KOMPAS.TV - Seorang turis asing marah-marah saat ditegur oleh pecalang karena memaksa masuk ke area suci Pura Agung Besakih di Kabupaten Karangasem, Bali. Padahal pihak pura besakih telah membuat aturan area suci pura hanya untuk beribadah.
Turis asing asal Italia ini berdebat dengan pecalang karena tak diizinkan masuk ke area suci pura tersebut. Pecalang meminta turis asing menghormati umat Hindu yang sedangkan beribadah.
Pengelola fasilitas kawasan suci pura agung besakih menjelaskan turis asing ini tidak mau didampingi pemandu lokal saat mengunjungi pura.
Sehingga turis asing ini tidak mengetahui area yang dilarang bagi wisatawan, padahal dalam aturan wisatawan hanya diperbolehkan mengunjungi kawasan luar pura.
Saat pembelian tiket wisatawan telah diberikan penjelasan area mana saja yang boleh dikunjung. Pengelola meminta wisatawan mematuhi aturan di kawasan suci Pura Agung Besakih.
