Jaksa Tilap Barbuk Kasus Robot Trading Fahrenheit Rp 11,5 Miliar, Dibujuk Kuasa Hukum Korban

Ia diduga sudah menilap sebagian uang pengembalian barang bukti senilai Rp 11,5 miliar.
AZ yang pada saat itu masih menjabat sebagai JPU di Kejari Jakarta Barat bertanggung jawab dalam eksekusi pengembalian barang bukti sebesar Rp 61,4 miliar kepada 1.500 korban perkara kasus robot trading Fahrenheit.
Namun, kuasa hukum korban berinisial BG dan OS justru melakukan pendekatan sekaligus membujuk AZ untuk tidak mengembalikan uang tersebut seluruhnya.
Kuasa hukum bekerja sama dengan AZ dengan hanya mengembalikan sebesar Rp 38,,2 miliar kepada korban robot trading Fahrenheit.
Mereka menilap uang barang bukti perkara sekitar Rp 23,2 miliar dengan kalkulasi AZ menerima setengah bagiannya atau Rp 11,5 miliar.
Saat ini, AZ telah ditahan di Rutan Salemba cabang Kejaksaan Agung selama 20 hari kedepan.
