Hasyim juga pernah mengajak pelapor, wanita berinisial CAT untuk berhubungan badan, namun langsung ditolak.
Hal itu diungkapkan oleh Anggota Dewan Kehormatan Penyelenggara Pemilu (DKPP), Muhammad Tio Aliansyah saat membacakan pokok-pokok pernyataan sidang kasus dugaan tindak asusila oleh Hasyim, Rabu (3/7/2024).
Hasyim Asyari menelpon CAT untuk datang ke kamar hotelnya pada 3 Oktober 2023 di Amsterdam, Belanda.
Setelah berbincang, CAT mengaku Hasyim memaksa untuk berhubungan badan, namun langsung ditolaknya.
Hasyim Asy'ari terus memaksa disertai janji akan menikahi CAT.
Selain itu, terduga korban menilai Hasyim menunjukkan upaya memberikan perlakuan khusus melalui pesan singkat.
Ia juga mengirimkan pesan berupa 'pandangan pertama turun ke hati' diikuti emoji peluk.(tribun-video.com/saradita)
