Hal itu berkaitan dengan keluarnya surat edaran penundaan mengikuti retret akmil dari Megawati untuk kader partainya, pada 20 Februari 2025 kemarin.
Tepat satu hari sebelum pelaksanaan retret di Akmil Magelang, 21-28 Februari.
Menurut Noel, sikap Megawati mencerminkan bahwa dirinya adalah sosok pendendam yang tidak akan pernah berhenti.
Terlebih lagi, jika mengingat perbedaan pilihan dalam pemilu 2024 lalu, sehingga menurutnya Megawati sengaja memberikan sanksi politik dan sosial terhadap pemerintahan baru.
Meskipun tindakan Megawati dan kader partainya yang terpilih menjadi kepala daerah tak mematuhi perintah retret, mereka tidak akan diberikan sanksi oleh pemerintah pusat.
Akan tetapi, Noel menyebut bahwa mereka akan dihukum oleh sejarah.
Lebih lanjut ia menegaskan bahwa tindakan yang dilakukan Megawati dan kadernya tak akan mengganggu kinerja pemerintah pusat dan daerah.
