In dieser geführten Imagination lade ich dich ein, mit mir einen Ort in der Natur zu besuchen – einen Ort, der nur dir gehört.Schließe die Augen und stell dir vor, du stehst auf einer weichen, blühenden Wiese. Über dir das Flüstern der Bäume, um dich herum das fröhliche Singen der Vögel. Die Luft ist warm und sanft, der Himmel ist weit und klar. Hier gibt es nichts, was du tun musst. Nur sein. Nur atmen. Die Natur nimmt dich auf, genau so wie du bist – mit allem, was dich bewegt.
In dieser heilsamen Umgebung darfst du loslassen, was schwer ist. Die Bäume schenken dir ihre Ruhe, die Vögel ihre Leichtigkeit, die Wiese ihre sanfte Kraft. Du gehst nicht nur durch die Natur – du gehst in dich hinein.
Eine Übung, um anzukommen, aufzutanken und die heilende Verbindung zwischen dir und der Welt um dich herum wiederzufühlen.
