46 _ حـدثنا إِسْماعِيلُ، قالَ: حدَّثني(1) مالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ(2) ، عن عَمِّهِ أَبِي سُهَيْلِ بْنِ مالِكٍ، عن أَبِيهِ:
أَنَّه سَمِعَ طَلْحَةَ بْنَ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ يقول: جاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلىَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ أَهْلِ نَجْدٍ(3) ، ثايرَ الرَّاسِ، يُسْمَعُ دَوِيُّ(4) صَوْتِهِ وَلا يُفْقَهُ(5) ما يقول، حتَّىَ دَنا فَإِذا هو يَسْأَلُ عن الإِسْلامِ، فقالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «خَمْسُ صَلَواتٍ فِي اليَوْمِ واللَّيْلَةِ». فقالَ(6) : هَلْ عَلَيَّ غَيْرُها؟ قالَ: «لا، إِلَّا أَنْ تَطَوَّعَ(7) ».قالَ(8) رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «وَصِيامُ(9) رَمَضانَ». قالَ: هَلْ عَلَيَّ غَيْرُهُ؟ قالَ: «لا، إِلَّا أَنْ تَطَوَّعَ». قالَ: وَذَكَرَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الزَّكاةَ، قالَ(10) : هَلْ عَلَيَّ غَيْرُها؟ قالَ: «لا، إِلَّا أَنْ تَطَوَّعَ». قالَ: فَأَدْبَرَ الرَّجُلُ وهو يقول: واللهِ لا أَزِيدُ عَلَىَ هَذا وَلا أَنْقُصُ. قالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَفْلَحَ إِنْ صَدَقَ».

[2] قوله: «بن أنس» ليس في رواية الأصيلي وابن عساكر.
[3] في رواية أبي ذر: «جاءَ رَجُلٌ من أهل نجد إلىَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ».
[4] ضبطت في (ن): بضمِّ الدال، قال القاضي في المشارق: بفتح الدال وكسر الواو، وجاء عندنا في البخاري بضم الدال، والصواب فتحها. اهـ.
[5] في رواية أبي ذر وابن عساكر ورواية السَّمعاني عن أبي الوقت: «نَسْمَعُ دوِيَّ صَوْتِهِ وَلا نَفْقَهُ».
[6] في رواية ابن عساكر: «قال».
[7] في هامش (ب، ص): طاء (تطوَّع) مخفَّفة في اليونينية في المواضع الثلاثة، وقال في الفتح: (تطَّوَّع) بتشديد الطاء والواو، وأصله تتطوع بتاءين، فأدغمت إحداهما، ويجوز تخفيف الطاء على حذف إحداهما. اهـ.
