La inteligencia artificial está abriéndose paso en los ámbitos más íntimos de nuestra vida. Este documental examina las oportunidades y los riesgos de la IA en la psicoterapia. ¿Pueden los chatbots brindar ayuda real?El psicoterapeuta Umut Özdemir busca averiguar si los chatbots con IA pueden ofrecer una verdadera ayuda terapéutica. Para ello, se aventura a realizar un experimento: ¿podrán los participantes distinguir las preguntas y respuestas de un terapeuta de las de una IA? ¿Y qué ayuda percibirán como más valiosa: la humana o la de la IA? Paralelamente, conocemos a personas que ya utilizan la IA en este ámbito.
El documental cuenta también con la participación del psicólogo Bertolt Meyer y la psicoterapeuta Johanna Löchner, que analizan los desafíos psicológicos y sociales que conlleva esta tecnología. Por su parte, la especialista en ética Judith Simon examina los retos morales en el uso de la IA y advierte sobre los peligros asociados a esta práctica.
