Mereka yang diduga membantu pelarian Pegi selama 8 tahun ialah keluarga atau orang tua Pegi Setiawan.
Hotman Paris, kuasa hukum keluarga Vina pernah meminta keluarga Pegi dipidana, mereka diduga menyembunyikan Pegi.
Menurut pengacara itu, Pegi pernah mudik saat Lebaran ke Kampung halaman untuk merayakan Hari Raya Lebaran di cirebon.
Polisi pun tak tinggal diam, baik orang tua, pemilik kontakan hingga Ketua RT di kontrakan tempat Pegi bakal diperiksa.
Dikutip dari Tribun News, Dirreskrimum Polda Jabar, Kombes Pol Surawan bakal memeriksa ayah kandung Pegi lantaran diduga membantu sang anak kabur dari kasus pembunuhan Vina Cirebon, selama 8 tahun.
"Terkait apakah nanti bisa atau tidak (jadi tersangka), sementara masih kita lakukan analisis dulu terkait keterangan yang diberikan oleh orang tuanya," ucap Kombes Pol Surawan, Minggu (26/5/2024). (Tribun-Video.com/RisaAsmarani)
