Proses ini dikenal sebagai hak uji materiil, dan ditangani oleh Kamar Tata Usaha Negara Mahkamah Agung.Untuk mengetahui lebih dalam mengenai bagaimana penyelesaian sengketa hak uji materiil di Mahkamah Agung, saya sudah bersama dengan Ketua Muda Tata Usaha Negara Prof. Dr. H. Yulius, S.H., M.H. selaku ketua yang membidangi perkara di Kamar Tata Usaha Negara.
Kamar Tata Usaha Negara menjadi garda terdepan dalam menjaga harmonisasi regulasi. Melalui mekanisme HUM, Mahkamah Agung berperan penting dalam memastikan peraturan tidak bertentangan dan tetap berpihak pada kepastian hukum.
