Guntur menilai pola perubahan aturan semacam ini sudah sering terjadi setiap kali menyangkut kepentingan Presiden Jokowi maupun keluarganya.
Hal itu disampaikan Guntur Romli melalui akun X pribadinya pada Selasa (16/9).
Meski begitu, saat ini KPU telah meminta maaf dan membatalkan aturan tersebut.
Sementara itu, kasus dugaan ijazah palsu Presiden ke-7 Joko Widodo (Jokowi) hingga kini masih menjadi perbincangan publik.
Seusai digugat Roy Suryo cs, kini Jokowi kembali digugat oleh dua alumni UGM yakni Top Taufan dan Bangun Sutoto.
Sidang perdana gugatan ijazah Jokowi oleh alumni UGM itu digelar pada Selasa (16/9).
Selain Jokowi, dua alumni UGM itu juga menggugat Rektor UGM Prof. Ova Emilia, Wakil Rektor UGM Prof. Wening dan Polri.
Dalam sidang perdana itu, seluruh tergugat hadir kecuali pihak Polri.
Oleh karena itu majelis hakim memutuskan memanggil Polri dalam sidang selanjutnya yang dijadwalkan digelar pada 30 September 2025.
Adapun isi gugatan yang diajukan oleh pengugat di antaranya adalah:
1. Menerima dan mengabulkan gugatan para penggugat untuk seluruhnya.
2. Menyatakan bahwa keempat tergugat telah melakukan perbuatan melawan hukum.
3. Menyatakan bahwa ijazah yang disebutkan dalam bukti P-1 adalah palsu.
4. Menghukum tergugat satu yaitu Jokowi untuk meminta maaf secara tertulis kepada para penggugat.
