Hal tersebut dilakukan untuk memenuhi stok BBM yang mulai kosong belakangan ini.
Bahlil dalam keterangan pada Jumat (19/9) di Jakarta mengatakan, keputusan ini diambil dalam rapat yang diikuti oleh para pengusaha SPBU swasta seperti Shell Indonesia, BP-AKR, ExxonMobil, dan Vivo serta Pertamina.
Adapun syarat Pertamina dalam mengimpor BBM yang akan dipasok ke SPBU swasta adalah tidak boleh dicampur atau harus merupakan based fuel.
Jadi, nantinya BBM tersebut akan diolah oleh masing-masing tangki badan usaha swasta.
Menurut Bahlil, Pertamina dan SPBU swasta akan bekerja sama untuk mengawasi kualitas BBM yang ada melalui join surveyor.
Artinya akan ada pemeriksaan bersama sebelum barang dikirim demi menjamin kualitas BBM.
Bahlil pun berharap agar kolaborasi tersebut dapat menyelesaikan kelangkaan stok BBM di SPBU swasta.
Dikatakan oleh Bahlil bahwa paling lambat barang sudah bisa masuk ke Indonesia dalam sepekan ke depan.
Bahlil juga memastikan harga BBM di SPBU swasta akan tetap stabil seusai membeli BBM murni dari PT Pertamina.
Pemerintah memfasilitasi kerja sama business to bussines (B2B) antara Pertamina dan badan usaha pemilik SPBU swasta.
Menurut Bahlil, skema kerja sama berbentuk B2B dan seluruh badan usaha sepakat untuk saling membuka data (open book), sehingga pemerintah memastikan tak ada pihak yang merugi.
