L’ARS, il Parlamento della Regione Sicilia, lo scorso dicembre ha approvato un emendamento fake, destinando 1 milione di euro di fondi pubblici al nulla.Inserito nella finanziaria siciliana, l’emendamento fasullo era stato creato ad hoc e presentato dal deputato regionale Ismaele La Vardera con uno scopo ben preciso: dimostrare che l’Assemblea Regionale Siciliana assegna le risorse non in base all'utilità reale per il territorio, ma in base ad accordi politici. L’oggetto dell’emendamento? 1.000.000 di euro "in favore dei comuni che risultano dotati di ‘ambiti di coordinamento territoriale intersettoriale’, istituiti nell'ambito dei piani comunali di assetto organizzativo".
