Jumat Keramat, Wamennaker Immanuel Ebenezer 'Noel' Gerungan Kini Resmi Jadi Tersangka KPK

Pria yang akrab disapa Noel itu terjerat dalam kasus dugaan pemerasan terkait pengurusan sertifikat Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) di Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan (Kemenaker).
Penetapan status tersangka ini diumumkan langsung Ketua KPK, Setyo Budiyanto, dalam konferensi pers di Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Jakarta, Jumat (22/8/2025).
"KPK menaikkan perkara ini ke tahap penyidikan dengan menetapkan 11 orang sebagai tersangka, salah satunya IEG (Immanuel Ebenezer Gerungan) selaku Wakil Menteri Ketenagakerjaan RI," kata Setyo Budiyanto.
Noel diduga turut menikmati aliran dana haram yang totalnya dalam kasus ini mencapai Rp 81 miliar.
Menurut KPK, ia menerima uang sebesar Rp 3 miliar pada Desember 2024.
Selain itu, KPK juga menyita satu unit sepeda motor dari Noel saat operasi tangkap tangan (OTT) yang digelar pada 20–21 Agustus 2025.
Kasus ini membongkar praktik korupsi sistematis di lingkungan Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan yang diduga telah berjalan sejak 2019.
Modusnya adalah memanipulasi biaya pengurusan sertifikat K3, di mana para pejabat mengambil selisih antara uang yang dibayarkan perusahaan dengan tarif resmi Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP).
Dalam jejaring korupsi ini, seorang Koordinator Bidang Kelembagaan dan Personil K3 bernama Irvian Bobby Mahendro (IBM) disebut sebagai pengumpul utama yang meraup hingga Rp 69 miliar.
Uang tersebut kemudian diduga didistribusikan ke berbagai pihak, termasuk Noel dan pejabat tinggi lainnya seperti Dirjen Binwasnaker dan K3, Fahrurozi (FRZ).
"Noel dan para tersangka lainnya akan ditahan untuk 20 hari pertama di Rutan KPK," sebut Setyo.
Atas perbuatannya, Noel dan para tersangka lainnya dijerat dengan pasal pemerasan dan gratifikasi, yakni Pasal 12 huruf (e) dan/atau Pasal 12B Undang-Undang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi juncto Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP.
