Hal itu disampaikan Deputi Direktur Eksekutif Pusat Studi Hukum dan Kebijakan Indonesia (PSHK) Fajri Nusyamsi saat hadir sebagai ahli dalam sidang uji formil RUU TNI di Mahkamah Konstitusi, Jakarta, hari ini, Senin (14/7/2025).
Menurut Fajri, ada tiga alasan utama mengapa RUU TNI tidak layak dibahas apalagi disahkan, salah satunya karena pembahasannya tidak dilakukan secara terbuka dan tidak memenuhi prinsip partisipasi bermakna.
