Jokowi Siap Ijazah Aslinya Disita Penyidik, Jawab Tantangan Roy Suryo Cs: Konsisten Hargai Hukum

Hal ini diungkapkan oleh Kuasa Hukum Jokowi, Firmanto Laksana.
Ia mengatakan, Jokowi telah siap mengikuti pemeriksaan dan membawa sejumlah dokumen, termasuk ijazah asli.
Nantinya, ijazah tersebut akan diserahkan ke penyidik Polda Metro Jaya.
"Jadi hari ini Bapak Jokowi hadir memenuhi jadwal pemeriksaan dari penyidik. Jadi tempat kita lihat tadi Bapak memasuki bersama dengan tim," kata Firmanto Laksana.
Firmanto juga menyampaikan bahwa Jokowi bersedia jika ijazah tersebut disita penyidik untuk keperluan penyelidikan lebih lanjut.
"Akan disampaikan kepada penyidik dan tergantung penyidik nanti apakah akan menggunakan dan atau melakukan penyitaan," ujarnya.
Pernyataan Firmanto seolah menjawab pernyataan Roy Suryo Cs.
Sebelumnya, Roy Suryo Cs meminta agar ijazah Jokowi turut disita.
Pasalnya, kasus ini telah naik ke penyelidikan.
Firmanto lantas menegaskan, ayah Wakil Presiden Gibran Rakabuming Raka ini akan mengikuti jalannya pemeriksaan secara konsisten.
Kehadirannya saat ini pun dinilai untuk menunjukkan komitmennya terhadap proses hukum yang sedang berjalan.
