Meski demikian, Pramono dan Kang Dedi memiliki taktik berbeda menghadapi pemotongan DBH.
Seperti diketahui, Purbaya memotong DBH Jabar sekira Rp 1,3 triliun, dari Rp 2,2 triliun dan kini turun menjadi Rp 843 miliar.
Menghadapi hal itu, Dedi Mulyadi membuat skema anggaran yang memangkas konsumsi para birokrat.
Sementara itu, DBH Jakarta dipotong sekitar Rp 15 triliun, dari Rp 26 triliun kini menjadi Rp 11 triliun.
Gubernur Pramono menyiasatinya dengan mencari pendapatan baru dengan menyiapkan Jakarta Collaboration Fund.
Menurut Pramono, melalui skema Jakarta Collaboration Fund, pembangunan Jakarta tak lagi bergantung dengan dana APBD.
Tak hanya skema ini, Pemprov Jakarta akan memanfaatkan dana Rp 200 triliun di Bank Himbara untuk BUMD Jakarta.
Pramono menilai, pemotongan DBH oleh Menkeu adalah jalan terbaik dari pemerintah pusat dalam upaya mengelola fiskal negara secara umum.
Terkait skema tersebut, Purbaya mengapresiasi ambisi Pramono.
Bahkan, Menkeu Purbaya meminta kepala daerah lain yang DBH-nya ikut dipotong untuk meniru langkah Pemprov DKI Jakarta.
"Saya pikir kita akan mendukung strategi itu," ujar Purbaya.
Purbaya mengakui, Jakarta Collaboration Fund bukan langkah baru, sebab Pramono sudah mengenalkan skema ini sejak kampanye Pilkada Jakarta 2024.
