Gallinero, cucha, invernadero u oficina: todo entra en un domo geodésico

Hace unas semanas les conté los proyectos que teníamos para lo que queda del año y uno de ellos eran los túneles para que las gallinas recorran el terreno sin comerse la huerta. Bueno, hoy damos el primer paso: el domo geodésico que construyó nuestro vecino y amigo, Otto.

Este domo funciona como tractor de gallinas, un espacio para estar durante el día con pasto fresco, y a la noche vuelven a su gallinero seguro, también nos sirve para atender a alguna gallinita enferma o a una clueca que no queremos que empolle. Elementos multifuncionales, como digo siempre.

Otto nos cuenta cómo descubrió los domos cuando buscaba cómo construir su casa, cómo se arman triángulo por triángulo, cómo se impermeabilizan para que aguanten afuera, y todo lo que se puede hacer con ellos: cuchas para perros y gatos, invernaderos, una oficinita aparte, una casita para los chicos.

Y algo que me parece importante, Son estructuras resistentes, indeformables y además son bonitas. Como dice nuestra amiga Wini, la belleza también es parte de la cosecha.
