Acara ini digelar di The Meru Sanur & Bali Beach Convention Center, pada Rabu (30/7/2025) hingga Kamis (31/7).
Meski hingga saat ini PDIP belum mengumumkan pelaksanaan kongres di Bali, namun muncul kabar bahwa acara di Bali tersebut merupakan Kongres PDIP.
Isu itu semakin didukung dengan pernyataan dari Bendahara Dewan Pimpinan Pusat (DPP) PDIP, Olly Dondokambey pada Selasa (29/7) sore.
Dimana ketika ditanya perihal isu tersebut, Olly tidak membantah dan juga tidak membenarkan.
Sementara itu, saat ditemui di lokasi bimtek, Wakil Ketua MPR RI Bambang Wuryanto, menyebut bahwa masih banyak pertimbangan yang dilakukan untuk menggelar kongres PDIP.
Namun sejauh ini, acara kongres partai berlogo banteng itu selalu digelar di Bali dari tahun ke tahun.
