Penetapan tersangka tersebut berkaitan dengan kasus dugaan korupsi pemberian gasilitas kredit sejumlah bank BUMD kepada PT Sritex Tbk.
Direktur Penyidikan Jampidsus Kejagung, Nurcahyo Jungkung Madyo mengatakan bahwa pihaknya memutuskan IKl menjadi tersangka kasus korupsi.
“Bahwa berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan dan alat bukti yang diperoleh, tim penyidik pada hari ini kembali menetapkan satu orang tersangka dengan identitas IKL selaku mantan Wakil Direktur Utama PT Sritex,” ujarnya dalam jumpa pers malam ini, Rabu (13/8). (TribunVideo.com)
