🇬🇧 ENGLISHIn this video I’m sharing my kettlebell workout: 5-6 exercises focused on mobility, coordination, muscle growth and stretching.
All exercises are professionally designed and part of my current routine.
After discovering some physical conditions that limit my ability to lift heavy for a while, this is the approach I’m following: after a winter focused on bulking, I’m now cutting down.
I’ve already dropped 1.5kg in the first week and I’m targeting 9% body fat within a month.
This is my personal journey and I’ll keep sharing every step here.
