10 biscotti senza zucchero
250 g di yogurt magro senza zuccheri
Gocce di cioccolato Q.b.
Procedimento:
Prendi un biscotto e spalma uno strato generoso di yogurt magro. Aggiungi qualche goccia di cioccolato e copri con un altro biscotto, formando un sandwich.
Riponi i biscotti gelato in freezer per mezz’ora.
Ricopri di cioccolato: Nel frattempo, fai sciogliere del cioccolato fondente e ricopri metà di ogni biscotto gelato. Lasciare riposare di nuovo in frigorifero per almeno 2 ore prima di gustarli.
