Ein Jahr Koalitionsvertrag: Warten auf den großen Wurf

Seit einem Jahr steht der schwarz-rote Koalitionsvertrag. Die Bundesregierung aus CDU/CSU und SPD hat seitdem über 150 Gesetze verabschiedet – gleichzeitig sind ihre Zustimmungswerte im Keller.
