Ada pun pelaku diketahui diringkus di sebuah rumah kosong di kawasan Sumpit, Desa Kepil, Kecamatan Kepil, Kabupaten Wonosobo, Senin (15/9).
Korban yang merupakan anggota Koramil Kejajar Kodim 0707/Wonosobo, Serda Rahman Setiawan (41), tewas usai dibacok oleh pelaku saat hendak melerai keributan di Kafe Wonosobo pada Minggu (14/9) dini hari.
Namun meski telah menangkap pelaku, pihak kepolisian masih belum memaparkan motif pelaku melakukan aksi pembacokan.
Menurut keterangan Kapolres Wonosobo, AKBP M. Kasim Akbar Bantilan, pihaknya masih melakukan pendalaman.
Namun dalam penangkapan ini Kasim menyebut pihak TNI tak hanya menangkap satu orang saja yaitu Iwan, tapi ada satu pelaku lainnya yan diduga terlibat.
Ia adalah pacar dari Iwan bernama Putri.
Namun untuk perannya dalam aksi pembacokan ini masih ditelusuri lebih lanjut oleh pihak kepolisian.
Di sisi lain, Dandim 0707/Wonosobo, Letkol Inf Yoyok Suyitno menyampaikan rasa duka cita atas tewasnya Serda Rahman.
Ia menyampaikan harapan besar agar pelaku bisa dihukum seberat-beratnya sesuai dengan tindakan yang telah ia lakukan.
