Yai Mim Laporkan Ketua RT dan RW ke Polisi atas Kasus Persekusi dan Dugaan Penistaan Agama

Selain melaporkan soal dugaan pencemaran nama baik, baru-baru ini Yai Mim melayangkan laporan tambahan ke Polresta Malang Kota, Selasa (7/10).
Dua laporan itu berkaitan tentang dugaan persekusi dan dugaan penistaan agama.
Adapun pihak terlapor dalam kasus ini adalah Sahara dan suami, kemudian ada Ketua RT dan RW setempat yang ikut terseret namanya.
Untuk tiga laporan tersebut, pelapor dalam hal ini diduga sudah memenuhi seluruh unsur pidana yang tertuang dalam Pasal 335 KUHP, Pasal 336 KUHP, Pasal 351 ayat (1) KUHP, Pasal 167 ayat (1) KUHP, Pasal 406 ayat (1) KUHP, dan Pasal 55 KUHP.
Kemudian untuk laporan dugaan penistaan agama juga sudha memenuhi unsur pidana dalam Pasal 156 huruf a KUHP dan Pasal 55 KUHP.
Melanjutkan soal perselisihan ini, kuasa hukum Yai Mim, Agustian Siagian menegaskan akan melanjutkan pelaporan dan menolak untuk berdamai.
Menurutnya selain bertanggung jawab kepada klien, ia juga memiliki tanggungan beban kepda masyarakat terkait reputasi Yai Mim yang sudah tercemar.
Agustan menambahkan bahwa meski saat ini Yai Mim sudah memaafkan Sahara secara pribadi, tapi ia menyebut bahwa proses hukum tetap berlanjut.
Ia berharap dengan kasus ini, pihak Sahara bisa bertanggung jawab atas perbuatan yang sudah ia lakukan.
