JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Perkara ijazah Jokowi di Polda Metro Jaya naik statusnya dari penyelidikan ke penyidikan. Pihak Roy Suryo cs menyatakan tidak gentar menghadapi proses hukum yang berlangsung di Polda Metro Jaya.
Polda Metro Jaya telah meningkatkan status perkara tudingan ijazah palsu Joko Widodo dari penyelidikan menjadi penyidikan. Dengan status penyidikan, artinya segera ada nama tersangka.
Polda Metro Jaya menyatakan menemukan unsur pidana dalam perkara ijazah Jokowi. Salah satunya aduan yang dilaporkan Jokowi pada 30 April lalu, terkait pencemaran nama baik dan fitnah.
Polda Metro Jaya juga menerima lima laporan soal ijazah Jokowi lainnya. Tiga di antaranya juga naik ke tahap penyidikan dengan objek perkara penghasutan.
Sebelumnya, Bareskrim Polri telah melakukan gelar perkara khusus pada Rabu pekan lalu dalam perkara ijazah Jokowi.
Sementara itu, kasus gugatan ijazah Jokowi gugur di Pengadilan Negeri Solo. Hakim PN Solo menyatakan tidak berwenang mengadili perkara tersebut.
