20 Orang Hilang Usai Demo Ricuh di Jakarta & Bandung, KontraS: Sebelumnya Ada yang Ditahan Diam-diam

Adapun 20 orang hilang itu tersebar di sejumlah wilayah Jabodetabek hingga Kota Bandung.
Hal itu disampaikan Koordinator Komisi untuk Orang Hilang dan Korban Tindak Kekerasan (KontraS), Dimas Bagus Arya saat dikonfirmasi pada Rabu (3/9).
Mulanya, KontraS menerima 33 pengaduan orang hilang hingga Selasa (2/9) sekira pukul 18.00 WIB.
Jumlah tersebut bertambah 10 kasus dibandingkan data 1 September 2025 pukul 18.10 WIB.
Namun 13 orang berhasil di temukan di beberapa lokasi.
Beberapa di antara mereka ditemukan di Polda Metro Jaya, Polres Metro Jakarta Utara, dan Polres Metro Jakarta Timur.
Dimas menyebut mereka dilaporkan ditahan secara diam-diam.
Tak hanya itu, Dimas menyebut beberapa orang ditangkap secara sewenang-wenang serta proses hukum yang tidak adil dan tidak sesuai prosedur.
"Selain ditahan secara rahasia, mereka mengalami penangkapan sewenang-wenang serta proses hukum yang tidak adil dan sesuai dengan prosedur," ungkap Dimas.
Dengan begitu, Dimas menyebut masih ada 20 orang yang belum ditemukan.
Keberadaan terakhir mereka ada di Kota Bandung, Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Timur, Jakarta Utara.
Dimas menjelaskan Kontras membuka layanan laporan bagi orang hilang atau bagi mereka yang menemukan informasi temuan orang hilang.
