Bahkan perayaan Idul Fitri juga kemungkinan dilakukan secara bersama-sama.
Dikutip dari Kompas, hal tersebut disampaikan Menteri Agama (Menag) Nasaruddin Umar saat dimintai keterangan di Masjid Istiqlal pada Jumat (28/2).
Ia memohon doa, agar puasa dilakukan secara bersamaan.
Kemungkinan itu karena adanya posisi 2,5 derajat sampai 4 derajat.
"Ini mohon doanya supaya kita bisa berpuasa di awal sama satu Ramadhan. Kemungkinan besarnya itu bisa sama karena kita berada pada posisi 2,5 derajat sampai 4 derajat," kata Nasaruddin Umar.
Nasruddin juga berharap perayaan Idul Fitri juga dapat dilaksanakan secara bersamaan.
Ia menekankan kesepakatan dalam penetapan Ramadhan dan Idul Fitri secara bersamaan akan memberikan dampak positif bagi pelaksaan ibadah.
Di satu sisi, BRIN memprediksi tanggal 1 Ramadhan 1446 H akan jatuh pada 2 Maret 2025.
Hal itu berdasarkan metode penetuan hisab dan rukyat.
Prediksi waktu awal puasa Ramadhan 2025 tersebut berbeda dengan yang telah ditetapkan Muhammadiyah, di mana 1 Ramadhan 1446 H jatuh pada 1 Maret 2025.
Untuk menentukan awal puasa Ramadhan 2025, pemerintah melalui Kemenag akan melaksanakan sidang isbat pada 28 Februari 2025.
