Warga Malaysia yang tinggal di negara bagian Terengganu juga menggelar aksi serupa pada Kamis (2/10/2025).
Dikutip dari Sinar Harian pada Jumat (3/10/2025), massa yang tergabung dalam aksi Solidaritas Flotilla Sumud dan Flashmob berkumpul di Masjid Rusila.
Mereka membentangkan bendera Palestina hingga membakar bendera Israel.
Massa menuntut agar Israel segera membebaskan seluruh relawan GSF yang ditahan, termasuk 23 warga Malaysia.
Mereka telah berlayar selama berminggu-minggu untuk mengantarkan bantuan kemanusiaan ke Gaza.
Namun, Israel mencegat rombongan saat kapal-kapal hampir mencapai tujuan.
Aksi tersebut juga menuai kecaman dari Perdana Menteri Malaysia Anwar Ibrahim.
Ia bahkan sampai menelepon dan meminta bantuan langsung kepada Presiden Turki Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Terkait aksi di Terengganu, Kepala Penerangan Negara, Dakwah dan Pemberdayaan Syariah, Dr Muhammad Khalil menjelaskan sejumlah hal penting.
Salah satunya, seruan kepada 500 masjid agar khutbah Salat Jumat siang tadi menyinggung soal GSF.
Kemudian menggelar salat berjamaah serta doa sebagai tanda solidaritas terhadap Palestina.
