Thiếu tướng Đinh Văn Nơi nổi bật với phương châm "nhận lương của người dân thì sống chết với người dân", thể hiện qua việc ông luôn công bằng trong xử lý tội phạm và xây dựng một lực lượng công an "trong sạch, vững mạnh".
