Luno: Awareness, Macht und Diskriminierung im Arbeitsalltag | Podcast Tabubruch | MDR

Machtmissbrauch, Diskriminierung, Grenzüberschreitungen: Warum fällt es vielen Menschen so schwer, darüber am Arbeitsplatz zu sprechen?
Luno arbeitet für die Leipziger Initiative Awareness und begleitet Workshops in Unternehmen, Vereinen und Organisationen. Dort geht es um Konflikte, Machtstrukturen, Diskriminierung und die Frage, wie Menschen Probleme ansprechen können, ohne Angst vor Konsequenzen zu haben.

Im Gespräch erzählt Luno von eigenen Erfahrungen mit Gewalt, von ihrem Weg in die Awareness-Arbeit und davon, warum Kritik, Feedback und offene Gespräche in Teams oft schwerer sind als gedacht. Außerdem erklärt sie, was hinter dem Begriff Awareness steckt und weshalb gerade vermeintlich kleine Dinge im Arbeitsalltag viel über Machtverhältnisse verraten können.

Eine Folge von "Tabubruch" über Verantwortung, Grenzen, Vertrauen und darüber, warum das Aussprechen unbequemer Wahrheiten manchmal selbst schon ein Tabubruch ist.
