▷ AIUTA L'INFORMAZIONE LIBERA, SOSTIENICI: https://donazioni.radioradio.it/Nel contesto dell’emergenza sanitaria che ha segnato profondamente il Paese, la Commissione parlamentare d’inchiesta sulla gestione della pandemia da SARS-CoV-2 ha proseguito i propri lavori con l’audizione dei rappresentanti di Condav ODV, associazione che riunisce cittadini che dichiarano danni da vaccino. Nel corso della seduta è intervenuto l’avvocato Mauro Sandri, che ha ricostruito il quadro normativo e regolatorio relativo ai vaccini anti-Covid.
Secondo quanto esposto, già il 2 dicembre 2020 l’allora Ministro della Salute Roberto Speranza comunicava al Parlamento l’acquisto di dosi di vaccino in assenza di autorizzazione al commercio e quindi senza una funzione terapeutica ancora definita.
L’intervento ha evidenziato come la normativa italiana successiva abbia individuato come obiettivo il contrasto alla diffusione del virus SARS-CoV-2, distinguendolo dalla malattia Covid-19. Tuttavia, dal punto di vista regolatorio europeo, l’autorizzazione dei vaccini - rilasciata dalla Commissione Europea su valutazione dell’EMA e recepita dall’AIFA - riguarderebbe la prevenzione dei sintomi e non la trasmissione del virus.
Sulla base di questa ricostruzione, è stato sostenuto che i vaccini non sarebbero stati autorizzati per impedire la diffusione del SARS-CoV-2 e che, conseguentemente, non vi sarebbe stata una previsione normativa che imponesse la vaccinazione con tale finalità.
Infine, è stata avanzata la posizione secondo cui i soggetti che dichiarano danni da vaccino dovrebbero essere risarciti automaticamente, senza necessità di dimostrare il nesso causale.
