All'indomani del crollo della Torre dei Conti in Largo Corrado Ricci, dove Octay Stroici, operaio rumeno di 66 anni è rimasto intrappolato sotto le macerie per undici ore, le organizzazioni sindacali hanno deciso di indire una manifestazione di cordoglio per lui e per tutte le altre persone che hanno perso la vita mentre svolgevano la propria professione.
