Dalam konferensi pers setelah putusan sidang, Rabu (3/7/2024), CAT ingin menegakkan keadilan.
Selain itu CAT juga ingin bisa menginspirasi para korban pelecehan seksual lainnya berani bersuara atau speak up.
Ia tak menampik, butuh keberanian besar untuk dapat melaporkan hal ini ke pihak berwajib.
Apalagi, dirinya adalah seorang penyintas kasus kekerasan seksual.
CAT juga mengaku memberanikan diri datang langsung ke persidangan demi bisa mendengarkan putusan sanksi terhadap pelaku.
CAT mengakui tidak mudah untuk mengumpulkan keberanian melapor dan mengikuti seluruh rangkaian proses hukum.
Ia bersyukur bisa mengumpulkan keberaniannya hingga akhirnya mendapatkan putusan, yang menurutnya, adil sebagai korban tindak asusila.
Berdasarkan fakta-fakta di persidangan, terungkap bahwa Hasyim Hasyim merayu dan memaksa CAT untuk berhubungan badan di hotel tempatnya menginap di Belanda pada 3 Oktober 2023.
DKPP menyatakan Hasyim Asy'ari melanggar kode etik.
Dalam putusannya, DKPP juga meminta Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) untuk melaksanakan putusan DKPP paling lambat tujuh hari sejak putusan dibacakan.(*)
