«E’ un nostro diritto essere liberi», ripetono i residenti e i comitati di Gratosoglio a Milano, che come già accaduto qualche settimana fa a Rozzano, sono scesi in piazza in una ronda notturna per chiedere interventi urgenti contro il degrado e la sicurezza dopo i recenti episodi di violenza nel quartiere. Solo qualche giorno prima, il quartiere è stato teatro della morte di un ventenne accoltellato nell’ex Casa dei padri separati. L’episodio si inserisce in un contesto già segnato da tensioni, risse e aggressioni, con ripetuti interventi delle forze dell’ordine nell’edificio occupato da anni, diventato un punto critico del quartiere. Una situazione che, secondo le testimonianze dei residenti, si intreccia con il fenomeno dello spaccio e con le difficoltà sociali di un’area periferica che conta circa 10mila abitanti, senza considerare le persone che vivono in condizioni di irregolarità o precarietà abitativa.
