Bima Arya mengimbau kepada kepala daerah yang tidak hadir untuk mengirimkan wakilnya dalam retreat tersebut.
Dikutip dari Kompas.com, Bima Arya menjelaskan sesuai dengan arahan Kemendagri supaya ada pengganti atau sekretaris daerah untuk mengikuti acara retreat tersebut.
Keterangan ini disampaikan Bima di Akademi Militer Magelang (Akmil), Jumat (21/2/2025).
"Kalau kepala daerah dan wakil tidak hadir karena apa yang disampaikan di sini harus sampai ke daerahnya, maka diminta untuk mengirimkan sekretaris daerahnya. Kalau kepala daerah dan wakil tidak bisa hadir juga, sekda ditunggu kedatangannya di sini," imbuh dia.
Dirinya menambahakan adanya syarat untuk kepala daerah yang mengutus sekda yang mana wakil tersebut diharuskan tetap ikut retreat untuk gelombang berikutnya.
Perlu diketahui sejumlah kepala daerah yang tidak hadir di hari pertama reatreat dengan alasan kesehatan, acara pribadi hingga tanpa keterangan.
