안녕하세요 애정입니다 😊오늘은 오랜만에 통닭 튀겨 왔어요!
사실 통닭은 배달로도 쉽게 먹을 수 있지만
가끔은 이렇게 집에서 직접 튀겨 먹는 게
묘하게 더 기대되고 설레는 음식인 것 같아요ㅎㅎ
닭다리 크게 뜯어서 한 입 먹어보니
겉은 정말 바삭하게 잘 튀겨졌고 튀김옷이 두껍지 않아서
껍질이 먼저 바삭하게 부서지고
그 다음에 바로 닭고기 육즙이 따라오는 느낌이 대박이에요!!
가슴살도 담백하면서 촉촉해서 전혀 퍽퍽하지 않고
아무것도 찍지 않고 먹어도
튀김옷에서 나는 고소한 풍미랑
닭고기 본연의 맛이 잘 느껴져서
끝까지 맛있게 먹을 수 있었어요
시원한 맥주 한 잔이 딱 생각나는 조합이었는데,
집에 사다 놓은 게 없어서 살짝 아쉬웠지만…
그래도 통닭 자체가 워낙 맛있어서
맥주 없이도 충분히 만족스러운 한 끼였어요!
오늘도 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다😋
