Zudem sei das Westjordanland angegriffen worden und dabei sei auch gefährliche Streumunition eingesetzt worden. In etwa 40 Prozent des Westjordanlandes werde die Einrichtung von Schutzräumen nach Angaben der Palästinensischen Autonomiebehörde extrem erschwert, da Israel den Bau von unterirdischen Schutzbunkern untersagt habe. Von Israel sei das nicht bestätigt, so von der Tann.
