Sensibilizzare la comunità sulla sicurezza stradale attraverso simulazioni choc di incidenti reali e analizzando le principali dinamiche in cui si verificano per capire come evitare di provocarli o di restarne coinvolti. La Provincia di Treviso ha chiuso con il grande evento finale l'iniziativa che ha visto coinvolti 500 studenti dagli Istituti Palladio, Mazzotti, Planck, Besta e Istituto Canossiano all'interno del progetto «SOS Guida Sicura». Istituzioni e scuole superiori si sono riunite per affrontare insieme, sul campo, i temi della guida sicura, degli effetti dell’abuso di alcol e sostanze al volante e della prevenzione incidenti. «La Provincia di Treviso porta avanti da oltre vent’anni un impegno costante sul fronte sicurezza stradale, con iniziative di sensibilizzazione e formazione rivolte non solo ai giovani, ma a tutte le fasce d’età – ricorda il presidente della Provincia di Treviso Marco Donadel - La sicurezza stradale riguarda sia la riqualificazione delle infrastrutture – sulle quali continuiamo a investire per rendere la rete viaria sempre più sicura – ma anche e soprattutto la consapevolezza dei potenziali rischi di una guida non rispettosa delle regole e una cultura volta alla responsabilità».
