Kopda Bazarsah Divonis Mati, Tangis Haru Keluarga 3 Polisi Pecah di Sidang | KOMPAS SIANG
PALEMBANG, KOMPAS.TV - Pengadilan Militer 1-04 Palembang menjatuhkan hukuman mati kepada Kopral Dua Bazarsah setelah terbukti menembak dan membunuh tiga anggota polisi di Way Kanan, Lampung saat operasi penggerebekan judi sabung ayam pada Maret lalu.Sidang vonis digelar di Pengadilan Militer 1-04 Palembang. Sidang digelar dengan agenda putusan untuk dua terdakwa, Kopda Bazarsah dan Peltu Yun Heri Lubis.
Pengadilan militer menjatuhkan hukuman mati dan dipecat dari dinas militer untuk terdakwa Kopda Bazarsah.
Kopda Bazarsah terbukti melakukan pembunuhan sebagaimana dakwaan kesatu subsider Pasal 338 KUHP.
Selain itu, Kopda Bazarsah juga terbukti secara sah memiliki senjata api secara ilegal dan mengelola judi sabung ayam.
Vonis hukuman pidana mati terhadap Bazarsah menjadi vonis hukuman mati yang pertama kalinya dijatuhkan di lingkungan Pengadilan Militer Palembang.
Sementara itu, terdakwa Peltu Yun Heri Lubis divonis 3 tahun 6 bulan penjara dan dipecat dari dinas militer.
Tangis haru keluarga tiga anggota polisi yang tertembak saat penggerebekan judi sabung ayam di Way Kanan pecah ketika pembacaan vonis hukuman mati oleh majelis hakim terhadap Kopda Bazarsah.
Anak tunggal dari korban AKP Anumerta Lusiyanto, Kapolsek Negara Batin, Sabina Aina Sulistia, mengungkapkan rasa lega lantaran vonis terhadap terdakwa sesuai dengan tuntutan pada sidang sebelumnya.
