MILANO (ITALPRESS) - "In tema di politiche abitative, secondo noi l'emergenza casa deve essere una priorità nell'agenda politica da parte del nostro interlocutore governativo e anche parlamentare. Noi abbiamo proposto di attuare un vero Piano nazionale sulla casa che preveda l'istituzione di risorse canalizzate tramite il Fondo Europeo per la Casa. Una sorta di Pnrr per la casa e le politiche abitative che consenta ai Comuni di attuare un piano strutturato di diritto residenziale sia pubblico che sociale, andando a riqualificare quella ingente parte di patrimonio pubblico che è dismesso, in disuso, offrendolo a canoni calmierati, a prezzi convenzionati, a chi ha meno possibilità economiche". A sottolinearlo è Gian Battista Baccarini, presidente di Fiaip (Federazione Italiana Agenti Immobiliari Professionali), a margine del convegno sul real estate organizzato dall'associazione e che si è svolto oggi nella sede milanese di Assolombarda.
